Can I cancel my order or change address?

• Your order is immediately proceed but if you order before 6:00pm CET you will be able to change address before the shipment is made. You can contact us at the e-mail info@beautastiq.com 

How do I clean my pads?

• Hand wash your pads after each use with warm water and soap. To release heavier pigmented makeup, you can put them in a Beautastiq wash bag and wash them in washing machine.
• Don't use fabric softener with the Beautastiq pads, this may reduce the effectiveness and may cause irritation.

Can I put the pads in the dryer?

• We recommend air drying the pads this will preserve them better, but if it accidentally goes into the dryer, your pads will still be usable. Please see the label on the product for more information regarding washing and drying temperatures.

How long can I use the Beautastiq pads?

• Each can be used around 200-300 times.
